User Obligations

When using our interior design courses and 3D visualization services, you agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, causing damage or loss to property, legal action threats, or access to private information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for our courses. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information or from unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including video content, mood board templates, 3D visualization assets, design guides, and educational resources, are the intellectual property of our organization and protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any course content without explicit written permission. This includes sharing course materials with third parties, uploading to other platforms, or using content for commercial projects without proper licensing arrangements.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of course content. We are not responsible for any technical issues, software errors, or disruptions that may affect your learning experience or access to materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy is limited to the amount paid for the course.

Termination

Grounds for termination include violation of these terms, unauthorized use of course materials, disruptive behavior, or non-payment of fees. Upon termination, your right to access course materials immediately ceases.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and delete any downloaded materials from your devices. We are not obligated to provide refunds for terminated accounts except as required by applicable law. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the termination date or any liability for breaches of these terms.
